Join Annika and Karin for a New Moon gathering where astrology and scent come together in a creative and intimate, sensory experience.

We will gather around the astrological chart of the Taurus New Moon and discover how its celestial wisdom can support our self-awareness and growth. 

You will be creating a custom essential oil blend, aligned with the planetary patterns and infused with your personal wish. You can then carry the energy of this New Moon forward with you as an aromatic elixir.

Taurus invites us to slow down, sense, and root into our bodies. A New Moon is a moment to plant seeds for what wants to emerge. Let’s gather, ground, and craft a ritual scent that carries your unique imprint and intentions.

This workshop is an invitation to move and rest in alignment with your inner rhythm. When we release effort in the musculoskeletal system and instead engage the support of the organs and the breath, postures simply unfold and practice feels more spacious and sensual. We let more of us come alive as our self-awareness expands. Rather than worrying about what a posture looks like from the outside, we learn to trust our inner perception and allow movement to express itself from the inside out. 'Inner Body Wisdom' is an opportunity to come home to yourselves, so that you can step into the new year nourished, centered and 'full-bodied'. The workshop combines slow flow asana with somatic movement and Restorative Yoga. There will be time for reflective writing or drawing, so bring a journal and come as you are.

Ein Sonntagvormittag, der sich Schultern- und Nackenpartie widmet. Ob Homeoffice oder Sorgen des Pandemiealltags, unsere Schultern haben im Moment viel zu tragen und zu halten. Die zwei Stunden sind eine Einladung, Haltemuster zu lösen und dem Schultergürtel Raum für mehr Beweglichkeit und Kreativität zu geben. Im ersten Teil werden wir mit Somatics-Übungen verspannte Muskeln und Gewebe lockern und im zweiten lernen, wie wir Schultern und Nacken in einfachen Asanas und Sonnengrüßen stabil und gleichzeitig entspannt halten.

Alle Körper sind willkommen, ob mit oder ohne Yogaerfahrung.

Join us for an evening of astrology and embodiment practices. In this special workshop, we will delve into the astrology of the Full Moon on February 09, learn about the symbolism of the Sun and Moon and the polarity of Leo and Aquarius. In the astrological language, Leo represents the individual’s desire for creative, heartfelt expression, while Aquarius describes an original, visionary mind that recognizes itself as part of a larger group. Participants will be invited to explore the parts of the body governed by Leo and Aquarius through guided somatic meditation, a body-based approach to meditation that uses visualisation and felt-sense awareness.

This workshop is for anyone who’s eager to learn about the interpretation of the seasons and stars through their lived and embodied experience. No previous knowledge of astrology is necessary to attend. Please bring comfortable clothes, a notepad, pen and an open mind.

+++ This workshop will be facilitated by my teacher and mentor Renee Sills of Embodied Astrology +++

Learn about astrology through storytelling, conversation, and guided meditation. In this special workshop, just one day before the full moon in Aries, Renee Sills from Embodied Astrology will present a short lesson on the axis of Libra and Aries. This is the axis of primary relationships: me and you, self and other. In the astrological language, Aries represents the individuated self, while Libra represents the necessity of harmonious and equitable relationships. 

The workshop begins with a presentation on the Aries/Libra axis, and the astrology of the full moon on September 24th. After the presentation, Renee will lead a somatic meditation. Somatic meditation is a body-based approach to meditation that uses visualization and felt-sense awareness. Participants will be invited to find gentle, accessible movements and explore the parts of the body that Aries and Libra govern. Following the meditation will be time for questions and conversation about the Aries full moon, Libra season, and astrology in general.

This workshop is for astrology enthusiasts of all kinds. Whether you are new to astrology or have been studying for a long time, Embodied Astrology offers a fun, exploratory, and unique approach to interpreting the seasons and stars through your lived experience. The movements and meditations offered are suitable for all bodies.
